The total length of my Video Diary film is just over one hour. So for the purpose of keeping it short I’ve uploaded the First entry and I’ll upload the final entry after having uploaded images from several different days in a previous post.
You can tell from my body language in this video that it’s my first time ever speaking to a camera or sharing my thoughts so openly. It was an enriching experience the first time round and it planted a seed which is growing into a sense of constructive reflection which I have been maintaining even since the project ended.
